TITLE: “Supply Chain Risk & Resilience: WHAT is it, WHY is it Important and HOW do I start the Journey?”
Join us for a lively discussion about our passion—Supply Chain Risk & Resiliency.
WHAT is it-- We’ll begin the dialogue by getting everyone grounded on a few key definitions that define the space. We’ll share our Consortium’s SCR&R Maturity Model, we’ll talk about CULTURE and finish the section with a Risk Appetite group exercise using interactive phone polling.
WHY is it important—This section will touch on the COVID-19 pandemic as a supply chain disruptor, we’ll share what our VUCA world looks like, discuss the Bullwhip Effect and finish with a few compelling financial impacts of supply chain disruptions.
HOW-do I start the journey—We’ll conclude our dinner session with a tactical profile of the SCR&R journey and focus on the beginning stages. We’ll finish by sharing our insights on the COVID-19 pandemic in terms of what to do NOW, to SURVIVE and what to think about LATER, to THRIVE. See you then.
