The landscape is changing.  Consulting and gig jobs, health passports, major disrupters, Work-From-Home, and more seem to dominate the landscape.  Understanding what the changing employment model is and how to fit into it is essential to work success.  This highly interactive session explores what jobs and careers look like going forward. Develop a new outlook on how to create income stability and growth as well as consistent work. Share your experiences.

Speaker Biography

Paul Cecala, a Five O’Clock Club Certified Career Coach, has been coaching since 1999 and assisted over 3000 people in either changing careers or starting their professional lives. He has worked for several post-secondary career schools as Director of Career Services specializing in Biotech/pharmaceutical careers, Green Economy jobs, aviation, allied health, IT and general administrative professions. He has also worked as a program manager for lifelong learning and workforce development training at Fairleigh Dickinson University and County College of Morris. Additionally, he helped develop the job search training process for several NJ Department of Labor sponsored job search groups.

Paul has presented over 600 seminars on topics ranging from career pathing to interview follow-up for organizations including Lincoln Technical Schools, Centenary College, Florida Institute of Technology, University of Connecticut, Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, the Professional Services Group, Princeton Job Seekers, Montclair Divorce Support Group, and Out Professionals of NYC. Paul has a BS in Psychology from Florida Institute of Technology.
