Supply chain planners appreciate the concept of building a supply network. We should likewise value the concept of building our personal network, identifying the nodes (people!) and connections (relationships!).

It is often said that “Your network is your net worth.” Debbie Morello will discuss the five ways that connecting to others has led to successful results in her professional and personal life. Learn valuable techniques to put you top of mind when others are looking for a colleague who connected, respected, and who delivers on their promises.

Speaker Biography

Debbie Morello believes in the tremendous value of connecting with others through effective communication, both at work and beyond. She recently published “The Power of Friends at Work,” a book exploring the value of relationships. This publication achieved Amazon bestseller status in the categories of business etiquette and workplace culture. She has presented training and provided keynote lectures to companies and organizations both in the United States and in South America.

Morello is the principal owner of Morello & Associates, a training and consulting company on work relationships and related topics. Prior to this she spent twenty-five years with SUNY Broome College, rising from Director of Workforce Development, to Dean of Continuing Education, ultimately becoming Vice-President of Student and Economic Development. Earlier in her career Deb was Director of Strategic Planning at Lourdes Hospital.

Morello’s credentials include an MBA from Binghamton University and the distinction of Vice-President Emeritus status for Student & Economic Development from SUNY Broome. She is a New York State Women-Owned business enterprise and is certified in Appreciative Inquiry and Vision Board Development.
