Dr. Mark Chockalingam is the President and Founder of Valtitude / Demand Planning LLC. Mark has over twenty years of consulting and corporate experience in the areas of Predictive Analytics, Sales forecasting, Supply Chain Optimization, and Integrated Business Planning. He has worked with Fortune 500 companies such as Facebook, Mars, Pfizer, Miller SAB, Abbott, Pepsi Foods, Colgate-Palmolive, Honeywell, and Eastman Kodak. Mark has a Ph. D. in Finance from Arizona State University, an MBA from the University of Toledo and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Josephine Freya Naggingo has been with Coca-Cola Beverages Uganda  since 2017, starting as a Raw Material Planner and now as a Local Category Manager. In this role she maximizes total cost of ownership savings and procurement value contribution as well as implementing global category strategies. Prior to this she spent ten years with the Century Bottling Company LTD, progressing from Order Generation Clerk to Preventive Maintenance Clerk, and ultimately Stock Controller. Her education includes a Bachelors (with honors) Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Kyambogo University, a Master’s Degree in Management Procurement and Supply Chain from UMI. Josephine holds the APICS CSCP certification, awarded through SAPICS, for whom she also serves as a mentor.
