Seton Hall University - Jubilee Hall Auditorium (Main Floor)
Supply Chain used to be a function people fell into when they didn't quite fit anywhere else. Now, companies are beginning to realize its importance and how it can be leveraged as a competitive advantage. This talk will take a macro look into the “How” and “Why” of this evolution through Peyton's experiences at L'Oréal.
Peyton Elder:
Peyton Elder grew up in North Carolina before attending Seton Hall University to pursue collegiate soccer and a quality education. He has received several athletic and academic awards while at Seton Hall University. After graduating in 2018, Peyton began working at L'Oreal and has been there ever since, occupying several different functions within the realm of supply chain. He is currently the Demand Planning Manager at L'Oréal.
L'Oréal Info:
L’Oréal is the World’s beauty leader, with the ambition to become the #1 Beauty Tech player. Additionally, for the 6th year in a row, L’Oréal has been recognized by Gartner as a leading company in Supply Chain for its agility, digital transformation, and performance in sustainability. Despite being a complex organization with 36 brands, a presence in 150 countries, and 88,000 employees, L’Oréal has developed itself into one of the world's most premier supply chain companies, especially within the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
