ASCM Greater North Jersey Virtual Meeting

Communication is an essential skill for all types of workplace professionals. Communication is the transmission of a message from a sender to a receiver in an understandable manner. The importance of effective communication is immeasurable in the world of business and in your personal life.

Join us for a discussion on the 4 types and styles of communication and how you can better communicate with those around you by knowing what type you are and how you can better interact with those who communicate differently from you. We will also explore how to be a better listener, active and inclusive communication, as well as what it means to be proactive versus reactive. When communication is effective, it allows people to feel satisfied, accomplished, and heard.
