Presented by James Anson
Co-Founder Aequus Consulting
12:00pm – 1:00pm ET, Tuesday 12th September 2023
ASCM Greater North Jersey Virtual Meeting

This professional development meeting defines and explores supply chain process architecture. Process architecture is one of the most important foundations of supply chain effectiveness - It makes clear four of the most important drivers of supply chain performance: ownership and accountability, priorities, process and metrics. In this session we will understand the purpose of each of these and how they fit together to provide a firm foundation for good supply chain management practice.

Three key take-aways:

  • An understanding of the four most important drivers of supply chain performance with examples.
  • How these fit together to provide a good foundation for supply chain practices.
  • What are some of the common supply chain issues and how they relate to the four drivers - questions and discussion with participants.

Keywords: design, process architecture, supply chain.
