And yet, there is still one major system that remains unacknowledged in SC operation: The Human Collaboration System. As a result, the way people collaborate remains a major source of operational challenges in every supply chain, and the cause of considerable economic and human costs.  This eye-opening talk provides attendees with a 21st century understanding of this critical system and the fundamentals for formalizing and integrating it.

Alberto is a coach, TEDx speaker, DisruptHR speaker, writer and pioneer on Intercultural and Collaborative Intelligence. The models built on his disruptive understanding of human systems have helped hundreds of teams achieve next-level effectiveness, agility and performance, both remotely and in-person.

He is the author of the books “Culture and Globalization”, “Cultural Intelligence for the 21st Century” and his most recent E-book “True Collaboration: Performance Beyond Culture” which provides a next-level understanding of team systems in organizations.

He is President and CEO of InZynch LLC and was co-founder and served for six years as President of the Gulf Chapter of the United States - Mexico Chamber of Commerce.
