Senior Operating Director, Beckway
12:00pm – 1:00pm ET, Tuesday 13th February 2024
ASCM Greater North Jersey Virtual Meeting
Mr. Hainey will present a case study of a $600M manufacturing company, a global leader in commercial and residential electronic equipment. The company has ten manufacturing facilities in North America, Brazil, Europe, and India, with more than 1,700 customers throughout the world. The key issues were a need for enhanced Integrated Business Visibility (IBV) and Execution (IBE). Changes in manufacturing locations and demand patterns resulted in past due orders for the North American customers. There was an additional challenge to keep available-to-promise (ATP) dates due to multiple planning systems and a lack of integration among processes. Significant results included a 35% reduction of past due orders, representing $7.5M of sales. (image source: rawpixel.com)
