Gary Pezzuti of Summit Group has spent the past 40+ years as a Placement Professional serving most of the manufacturing sector and specializing in "Contingency Search" and "Interim Professionals". His focus is on the disciplines of Operations Management including Supply Chain, Materials Management, Procurement and Distribution.
Gary is a frequent speaker at APICS, ISM, IMA and ASQ chapter meetings across the country. He also provides pro bono outplacement coaching and has conducted Community Workshops, Career Planning Retreats as well as APICS District Conferences including Congress-for-Progress; Seminar One; The 6–Packed Conference and APICS International Conferences. He has mentored graduates of the NJ Food BankFood Service Training Academy and is a favorite of college and university students.
Gary has been a member of the Northern Jersey Chapter of APICS since 1981; presently serves as Treasurer for Central Jersey Chapter of APICS and Treasurer of Greater NJ Chapter of APICS. He is Past President of the Board of Unity Church of NYC, Treasurer of The Eric Butterworth Foundation and Adjutant for Military Order of the Purple Heart – Chapter 202.

Linnette Alvarez is the Global Procurement Manager - Flavors & Fragrances, Direct Procurement, responsible for developing and implementing strategies while driving cost efficiency, quality, risk management platforms and customer service across all Colgate Palmolive categories. She leads key negotiations and work collaboratively with local and divisional Procurement leaders including Global Supply Chain, Global Flavor and Fragrance Group, Marketing, Legal and strategic suppliers.
Linnette’s initial role with Colgate Dominican Republic was as Logistics Coordinator where she worked optimizing distribution routes and reducing transportation costs. Prior to joining Colgate, she was a Warehousing and Stock Analyst with Nissan, Dominican Republic.
Linnette holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. She also holds a Certification in International Business from INCAE Business School, Costa Rica, Logistics and a Inventory Management, Purchasing and Warehousing Certification and a Masters in Senior Management from Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
Joe Oliver is a Director of External Operations responsible for manufacturing oversight, inventory management, and customer service at Shiseido. He brings over 17 years of supply chain experience to the table with a background in multiple industries including consumer electronics, pharmaceutical/OTC, and the military.
Prior to Shiseido Joe spent seven years at Nice Pak in several roles promoting positive change including commercialization to improve product launch performance and speed to market as well as two other supply chain roles improving inventory performance, internal manufacturing and planning, and developing and improving key metrics for the companies S&OP.
Joe also spent seven years in the military as a logistics and supply officer performing various purchasing and transportation management functions overseas and in the US. He is also an avid runner and cyclist who likes to spend time with his daughter Kirsten.
Shari Rosario is an Inventory Analyst at RAB Lighting. As a member of Inventory Planning she is responsible for all inventory planning activities to support outstanding service levels and lean inventory practices. She leads processes and continuous improvement efforts for short and long term supply planning, forecast accuracy, and inventory balancing within the business network.
Prior to joining RAB, Shari spent 4 robust years at Lactalis American Group serving in the areas of Supply Chain Procurement, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Project Management. Her tenure included an international assignment, based in France, supporting global headquarter-subsidiary project development.
Shari is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and a minor in Italian. She has studied abroad in Mexico and Italy and is fluent in Spanish, Italian, and English, is proficient in French and hopes to continue growing her linguistic base.
Erica Breiterman recently joined AdvanSix, as Global Logistics Leader for the newly organized company spun off from Honeywell. She is responsible for the logistics, transportation and distribution operations and procurement globally for this vertically integrated producer of nylon and fertilizers.
Prior to joining AdvanSix, Erica held numerous roles in transportation, logistics, customer service, procurement, operations management, planning, sales, marketing, planning and forecasting for companies including Canadian Pacific Railway, BASF, Linde, CSX, Wyeth, BNSF, Conrail and Advance Dental Techniques.
Erica received her BS, Business Logistics, from Penn State; an MBA, Marketing and Systems Analysis from Southern Methodist; and CSCP and CPIM designations.
